Exterior & Gardens

Our home we repainted completely 2 summers ago (the top cedar shake was replaced and repainted last summer.) In addition, the entire property was professionally landscaped with a wonderful blend of perennial plants (no cost spent each summer replanting to put color in front of the house!) The rock retaining wall out front helps keep traffic off the lawn and also sets the house apart from the others on the street. If you love gardening or relaxing on the deck, this place is for you.

Front of house boasts well-maintained original windows to keep the true character of the home alive (side and back has easy-to-clean vinyl casement windows.)

The cedar shake was replaced and repainted last summer. The roof is only 8 years old.

View of backyard and 2+ car garage.

View of side of house (and entrance to basement stairs) has a large hosta garden.

View of back of the house and decking. The back patio is wired for outdoor speaker, making for a great end of the work week with music and a bottle of wine!

Second view of hosta gardens.

Garage roof was re-shingled 2 years ago. The driveway and retaining walls are only 1 year old.

The backyard has no grass to mow reflecting an eco-conscious way to landscape by reducing the need to water. Instead, numerous perennials line the grounds.

View of side of house. Plants here include a flowering rose bush, peonys, and lavender.
